Issue descriptionApp Version: 64.0.3271.0 canary iOS Version: 11.2 Device: iPhone X URL: na Precondition: Have a page full of items Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome 2. Go to History 3. Change device mode to landscape and portrait Observed results: History screen is flickering when changing device mode. Expected results: History screen should not flicker when changing device mode. Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M62 No Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M63 Yes Link to video/image: https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/1zSr7DcQHiL1G71HfJHV2HZAF5GN2KYHk/view

I don't see this on tip of trunk anymore. I don't see any specific updates on this MDC bug but perhaps it was fixed there?

We should try with UIRefresh enabled since that History implementation won't be used anymore.

In the case of UIRefresh we can close the bug as WontFix, since it is not repro, because of the different UI.
