Issue description

Example:

http://chromeos-staging-master2.hot.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_job&object_id=5131
http://chromeos-staging-master2.hot.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_job&object_id=5131

Click 'Debug logs' and it redirects me to 'http://chromeos-staging-shard2.cbf.corp.google.com/results/5131-chromeos-test/chromeos2-row1-rack2-host17/debug', which is 404 not found.
