I noticed that when opening dots menu in CCT refresh button (which ends up right above the dots menu) appears selected (highlighted) and then quickly deselects. 

The glitch only happens sometimes, in the attached video I had to open the menu three times, and the glitch is visible during the 3rd attempt.
