Do you have any extensions installed?
What hardware is this on?
Have you tried in an incognito window?
Does it work after you resize the window?

There are a few extensions in the app store that break scrolling it might be one of those.
smit....@ WE are still waiting on feedback. Please provide it.

Closing since this is likely caused by a 3rd party extension installed and we haven't received any feedback indicating that it isn't.
