Regression:Selected text gets reflected on other Bluetooth device overlays where the text is not selected.

Chrome Version:64.0.3273.0/10149.0.0 dev-channel Daisy-Spring,Glimmer,Jerry
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Open chrome://settings/bluetoothDevices
(2)Click on any device ->select the 'Pair Bluetooth device' text ->close the overlay
(3)Now again open any other device overlay and Observe(please refer screencast)

Actual:Selected text gets reflected on other Bluetooth device overlays where the text is not selected.
Expected:No such unnecessary text selection should get reflected on other device overlays

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-61

Note:Issue is not seen on Windows,Linux OS

Really not a P1...

(The text remains selected because we don't rebuild the dialog each time; this can probably be fixed with a simple 'restamp' in the template, but we'll need to make sure that won't break anything else).
