What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,go to chrome://settings/dateTime/timeZone and Observe unnecessary line.
Actual:Unnecessary line is seen b/w Choose from list and its Dropdown
Expected:No such unnecessary line should be seen
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-64
Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows.
