CSS overflow on milo when adding chromium.android to chromium header

Issue description

See attached image. That master is only on luci-milo-dev atm. Not a big deal, but you might want to get that fixed before rolling luci-milo-dev.cfg to prod.

Reproducible on:
Google Chrome	62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS	Mac OS X
