Cros splitview - Move the window out of the work area if the desired bounds is smaller than its minimum bounds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open at least two windows. Enter in tablet mode and then overview mode
(2) Snap one window to right
(3) Tap on the divider and drag it toward closing the snapped window. Release the finger when it's at the edge of the screen

What is the expected result?
Only overview windows occupy the entire screen. The snapped window should be invisible.

What happens instead?
Overview windows and snapped window are both visible. See attached screenshot.
