Lock screen: Unwanted black background seen in password field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to user account
2. Lock the screen using Search+L
3. Check the password field

What happens ?
Black background is seen in password field

Issue not reproduced on samus, eve.

This black background is also seen behind Shutdown and Sign-out texts
