What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Play music on youtube
(2) Connect bluetooth headphones
(3) Log out of chromeos
(4) log back in

What is the expected result?
Music plays back normally.

What happens instead?
Music is very choppy.

This is fixed by disabling bluetooth, then enabling it.
