Chrome Version: 64.0.3274.0 (tip-of-tree)
OS: (probably) all desktop platforms
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run chrome with --site-per-process
(2) Load a page with an oopif containing clickable links, e.g.
http://csreis.github.io/tests/cross-site-iframe.html then
click "Go cross site (complex page)".
(3) Position the cursor over a link in the oopif so the hand-cursor shows (e.g. hover over tree status link in greep box in example from Step (2))
(4) Trackpad- or wheel-scroll so that the cursor remains stationary on the page, but the oopif moves out from underneath it
What is the expected result?
The hand cursor should revert to a pointer when no longer over the link.
What happens instead?
The cursor remains a hand, even when no longer over the link. Subsequently moving the cursor with a separate gesture will cause the correct cursor to show.
