It was having Chrome OS: 10032.39.0/ 63.0.3239.50 beta build,
on eve-DVT, eMMC device.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
There are no exact repro steps to this issue.
All of a sudden, my device was not booting up. Device didn't power on neither when plugged-in for charging nor clicking on power button. No signs of LED activity or keyboard lights were seen. 
Prior to seeing this issue, device was in suspended mode.

PS: Device was kept on charging mode for more than an hour and still it didn't power on.
