Just to be clear, is it the printing or the preview that is wrong? I think it is the printing, but just wanted to double check.

I opened the file "Scanned from a Xerox multifunction device.pdf" using Chrome's built-in PDF viewing. Both the preview and and the print came out identical and correct. Perhaps there is an incompatibility between Chrome and your printer. Could you please provide the exact model and driver version information for your printer?
The first document "Scanned from a Xerox multifunction device.pdf", is the intended result. Printing is what doesn't come out proper.

I thought it might be the printer, but I sent it to two different printers (different make and models). I also tried printing gray-scale and color, both were missing the same items.

Printers:
1. HP LaserJet M1522nf MFP using the HP Universal Printer Driver PCL 5
2. Xerox WorkCentre 7970 using Xerox Global Print Driver PS

Both are connected via a Windows print server in an enterprise environment.

Can you check if this is still an issue in Chrome Canary or Chrome Beta?
Yep, attached is the output between stable, canary, and beta. It appears to work on canary and beta.

Given this is fixed in Beta (63) and the PDF has masks in it, it is almost definitely bug 777837 .
Please excuse any ignorance, but is there an ETA to see this in stable? Thanks for the help.
Stable 63 should launch in around 3 weeks, give or take several days.
