Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click on Chrome Canary icon 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? The browser should, and used to, launch virtually instantly. What went wrong? A blue circle is visible for a second or so as the browser attempts to launch. The circle then disappears and the browser does not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, without any improvement. The problem arose within the last day. Prior to that the browser had operated in a stable manner. Crashed report ID: No. Unable to lauch at all How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Not able to determine Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
