Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3273.3 (Official Build) a744f5bc8c754f758051a06d3ca0e6415c769d99-refs/branch-heads/3273@{#4} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2). Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome, go to chrome://histograms. 2. Zoom to 90% and observe. Actual Result: Separator lines get blur when zoomed to 90%. Expected Result: Separator lines should not get blur when zoomed to 90%. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-61’ and and will soon update the bisect info. Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 61.0.3141.0 (Revision: 482154) Bad build: 61.0.3142.0 (Revision: 482491) You are probably looking for a change made after 482232 (known good), but no later than 482233 (first known bad).
