Non-Regression : Cursor is seen missing after clicking on 'CONFIRM" button in chrome://settings/lockScreen page

Chrome Version: 64.0.3272.0/10145.0.0 dev-channel Peach-Pit,Wolf and Celes
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings -> Now under 'People' section click on 'Screen lock' option
(2)Enter wrong Password in 'Confirm your password' dialog box -> Now click on 'CONFIRM" button and observe for cursor (Please refer Video)

Note : Enter wrong Password in 'Confirm your password' dialog box -. now click on 'Enter' from keyboard and observe cursor (Please refer 'Expected_Cursor' video)

Expected: Cursor should be seen after clicking on 'CONFIRM" button 
Actual: Instead cursor is seen missing 

This is Non-Regression Issue as 'Screen lock' option is introduced from M-57
