Pre-Condition:Log-in with valid credentials 

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and Navigate to gmail.com.
2.Visit "https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r?tab=ccr"
3.click on created event and click on edit option and observe


Actual Result: Help option is seen wierd('?').
Expected Result:Help option should be clearly visible('?').

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-59’ and below per-revision bisect result

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build:59.0.3053.0(Revision:459687)
Bad Build: 59.0.3054.0(Revision:459950)


You are probably looking for a change made after 459770 (known good), but no lat
er than 459771 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds migh
t get missing due to failure.
