Chrome download OMA/DRM file ?and open it ?

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click a OMA/DRM download link.
2. download file.
3. open the file.

What is the expected behavior?
Can download the OMA/DRM file and open it successfully.

What went wrong?
Can't open the OMA/DRM file.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.84  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Android O80
Flash Version: 

My question is can chrome download the OMA/DRM file?
Can chrome open the file?
As I click a  OMA/DRM download link.chrome download the file,and can't open it,nothing show when open the download file.

Do you have a sample URL? I don't know what an OMA/DRM file is, but it doesn't sound like something Chrome could open natively. It sounds like you are successfully downloading it and then no app on your device can open it, which I guess is to be expected if you don't have anything installed that can open it?
