Clean up protocol from Gerrit hosts in the Tricium config

Align config with changes in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/infra/+/774618 and drop any occurrence of protocols for Gerrit hosts in the config. This should only affect the service config.

The change cannot go in until https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/infra/+/774618 has been submitted and released.
