Google Chrome Canary stop running after update to version 64.0.3273.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to version 64.0.3273.0
2. Launch Google Chrome Canary
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Google chrome couldn't launch

Did this work before? Yes 64.0.3271.0

Chrome version: 64.0.3273.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
