Compiling issues with foobar challenge posed to me

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/604.3.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0.1 Safari/604.3.5

Example URL:
https://www.google.com/foobar/?eid=LycCWszwCo78mQGi3oHwDQ&usg=AG3vBD0iRLl9IBY-Nnz4lPPoPk4nOzWEdg

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Running verify command
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
ummm...for it to work and me to not have to "please try again later"?

What went wrong?
Not compiling.  Maybe third party service not working??

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.13.1
Flash Version: 

I would really appreciate it if I could get to retry the Foobar test since things weren't working properly.  Thank you for your time!!!

Unable to reproduce this issue on latest stable 62.0.3202.94 and on latest dev 64.0.3273.0 using Mac 10.13.1 with steps mentioned below.

1. Opened https://www.google.com/foobar/?eid=LycCWszwCo78mQGi3oHwDQ&usg=AG3vBD0iRLl9IBY-Nnz4lPPoPk4nOzWEdg -- Page loaded succesfully
2. Clicked on Login -- Another window got opened and closed.

@Reporter: Could you please check the attached video and let us know if we miss anything. Please add correct steps to reproduce the issue and also please let us know on which version you are seeing this issue. If possible please guide us with a screencast or screenshot. This would help in further triaging of this issue.
