WiFi/LTE connect status word display fully with Uber-Menu. (Chinese and Japan)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36
Platform: 0132.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel coral-unibuild (astronaut blue bruce coral lava nasher nasher360 porbeagle robo robo360 santa whitetip1 whitetip2) test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Boot OS.
2. Check WiFi/LTE connect status with Uber-Menu.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
the WiFi/LET connect status word display not fully.
please check attached Picture.
