1. Install latest Canary nightly build for Windows 64-bit
2. Attempt to launch Canary

What is the expected behavior?
Canary launches.

What went wrong?
Canary never loads. The debug log lists the following single entry:
[1119/073154.210:ERROR:main_dll_loader_win.cc(134)] Failed to load Chrome DLL from C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome SxS\Application\64.0.3273.0\chrome.dll: The specified module could not be found. (0x7E)

Doing a directory listing on the specified location shows that chrome.dll is present with a size of 50,447,704.
