Chorme Canary isn't initializing

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on the Chorme Canary Icon
2. Program won't initialize
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The program would be initialized

What went wrong?
Program isn't initializing.

Did this work before? Yes 64.0.3272.0

Chrome version: 62.0.3273.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

I had to report this from the stable version of Chrome for Windows

This is  Issue 786778 
The fix is to download openvr here  github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/tree/master/bin
and put it in your Canary folder
