VEA latency regression on auron_paine since 10133.0.0

I feel https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/overlays/chromiumos-overlay/+/de77a0f6d5271f86a4b462a4c6776f8ff3938ac3 is suspicious but I haven't verified.
