Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.54.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.74 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9901.54.0 (Official Build) stable-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Powerwash Pixelbook 2. At powerwash screen press ctrl+alt+shift+r 3. select powerwash and revert What is the expected behavior? Expect a powerwash and restart on Version 61 of Chrome OS. Device starts up an is still on 62. Attempted using the "rollback" method via crosh with same result. What went wrong? Pixelbook should have restarted and reverted to Chrome OS 61. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.74 Channel: stable OS Version: 9901.54.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.183

I believe your device will be returned to the previously *installed* version of Chrome OS. The crosh 'rollback' command states: "Attempt to rollback to the previous update cached on your system." Perhaps what's *cached* on your system is a previous version 62.x.xxxx.xx
