Smart Lock should not pop up Bluetooth warning now that it uses BLE

Smart Lock has been loading a historical message saying the device is discoverable as X
This should no longer be the case as the device is now using BLE and should not turn on Bluetooth classic discoverability.

We see a lot of users thinking they need to pair their phones after seeing this notification. This causes more problems with Smart Lock.
