ARC++ Intent picker: Some supported links are opened directly in android app without displaying any intent picker

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Instagram ARC++ app
2. Open chrome browser, search for some Instagram posts and click on any link from the results

What happens ?
The link is opened directly in Instagram app. No intent picker is displayed.

This is working as intended if it's registered as a trusted(?) handler?

djacobo@, can you check if Instagram is installed as a verified app? If it is, I think this is WAI.

PackageManagerService does mark is as verified, this is visible also on a nexus tablet so WAI.
