Trim file paths of generated code coverage files

Project Member Reported by liaoyuke@chromium.org, Nov 17 2017

Issue description

Currently, the file paths of the generated html files is unnecessarily long, which could cause potential issues on servers, we should remove the redundant part.

I've just realized that those large paths are generated by llvm-cov tool, right? If so, could you please check whether there is an option to remove some prefix from the paths. If such option doesn't exist, assign this issue to me, so I'll add it to llvm-cov tool.

Just played with it, I don't think there is an such option, I think this needs to be fixed at upstream.

Unassigning myself for now, as this is not an issue for the coverage dashboard. We put sources into /chromium/src and don't have any unnecessary paths.
