Seen when booting chromeos-4.14 on eve.

Below patch(Upstreamed) fixes this issue: 
d1c4cb447a7e ASoC: Intel: Skylake: Fix jack name format substitution [Chintan Patel     Thu Sep 28 09:30:41 2017 -0700]

We had same issue on chromeos-4.4 kernel and above patch(already BACKPORTED to chromeos-4.4) fixed it. 

Please backport to chromeos-4.14.

Such fixes should really be applied to stable releases. I asked GregKH to apply the patch (plus its fix) to linux-4.14.y and will pull in the fix through a stable release merge.
