Some more details on this...
I'm working on moving the code which uploads perf test results to the perf dashboard from the infra codebase to the src codebase. Once the code is moved to src side, it will be called from the infra side. In order to make sure this flow isn't broken as I slowly move code over, I'm setting up a trybot that will allow me to test the merge/upload script changes before submitting them. Since the code that tells infra to use this script is in testing/buildbot/chromium.perf.fyi.json, it's difficult to test the full flow locally. Thus, we've got a builder that provides the proper arguments and are adding a trybot matching that builder to test changes before submitting them (and breaking the builder).

FWIW, this bot is basically going to be used by me for development purposes. After we transition over to all of chromium perf using this script, I'll be deleting the bot. So for now I'm not concerned about renaming it :)
