Don't refresh user TGT during online login

Now we're using user's password twice during authentication against Active Directory server. 
1. To authenticate
2. Trying to get TGT while having password.

Solution: Don't get TGT during online auth.

Dont try to get TGT if not on the pod screen.

For Active Directory users we try to use password to get TGT both from
the pod screen and from online auth. Latter is redundant.
