Regression: Canary WebView contents are scaled down by 70% in any Android app

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Get Nexus 6P, Android Oreo 8.0 2. Install Chrome Canary 3. In developer options of Android, make Canary the active WebView implementation 4. Install any app using WebView. Example: Lufthansa app 5. Go to a screen with WebView in that app, ex. "Travel guide" screen What is the expected behavior? WebView should take 100% of the screen What went wrong? WebView takes 30% of the screen Did this work before? Yes Chrome Stable 62.0.3202.84 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3271.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 8.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue in WebView and could not reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Installed Chrome Canary 2. made Canary the active WebView implementation 3. Installed Lufthansa app and could see 100% of the screen Chrome versions tested: 64.0.3271.3, 64.0.3272.0, 64.0.3273.0 OS Android 8.1.0 Android Devices 8.1.0; Nexus 6P Build/OPM1.171019.010 @jakub.g: Could you please upgrade your Canary to the latest version #64.0.3271.3 and check as issue was not there in latest Canary? Thanks!!
