Regression: Text appears misaligned after in SQ toolbar after adding "SEOquake" extension

Issue description

Chrome version: 64.0.3271.0 71f07f2c6c77c9e67158a193516e2f0c6229ce64-refs/heads/master@{#517250}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, Add "SEOquake" extension to chrome.
2. Navigate to https://permission.site and Observe

Actual Result: The "More data" text in the SQ toolbar appears misaligned.
Expected Result: The "More data" text in the SQ toolbar should not appear misaligned.

This is Regression Issue broken in M-64 and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 64.0.3241.0((Revision: 508935)
Bad Build: 64.0.3242.0((Revision: 509211)

You are probably looking for a change made after 509095 (known good), but no later than 509096 (first known bad).

Still we are able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, mac 10.12.6 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Canary-64.0.3275.0 as per C#0.

sky@,could you please take a look into it as it is marked as stable blocker.

Seems issue got fixed on Windows 7,Mac 10.12.6 & Ubuntu 14.04 using latest Canary-64.0.3279.0 .Could you please check the same & update the thread accordingly.

Update:
Retested above issue on Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2) using latest Canary #64.0.3281.0 and issue is fixed. Kindly review an attached screen cast.
