What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build->In 'Connect to network' screen ->click on any network and enter some wrong password >>network connection error msg is seen
(2)Click on that error message to open proxy settings overlay and click on 'CONNECT' button in that overlay,it again throws error message
(3)Repeat step 2 and Observe multiple proxy settings overlays.

Expected:Single overlay should be seen.
Actual:Instead multiple overlays are seen for same error

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
