Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3270.0 (Official Build) 161b1edee4410d1a7079d62a79a5d2d2d95b793a-refs/heads/master@{#516942} 32/64-bit. OS: Win(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, Open DevTools and press 'Esc' key to open 'Console' drawer. 2. Go to 'Network conditions' section from more option menu list and click to open 'Network throttling' drop-down list. 3. Now press "Ctrl + Shift + D" key from keyboard for docking the DevTools to it's bottom and observe. Unnecessary "Bookmark all tabs" overlay gets opened on pressing "Ctrl + Shift + D" key. DevTools should dock to bottom on pressing "Ctrl + Shift + D" key from keyboard. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-45 series. Note: This issue is not seen on Mac OS. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Thanks for the report, I can reproduce after using Cmd-Shift-D at least once. Websites do not receive key events while a context menu is open, and making an exception for DevTools in this case is not worth the complexity. |
