What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>click on Apps Launcher >>Do any sample search and Observe (kindly refer video)

Actual:Double traces of windows are seen
Expected:Only 1 search window should be seen.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3265.0/10129.0.0 dev channel Peppy

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
