Chrome OS is missing "Serbian - Latin" language and keyboard

Reported by mirko.tr...@gmail.com, Nov 17 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.82 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9901.66.0 (Official Build) stable-channel reks

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Settings / Languages and input
2. Click on "Add languages"
3. "Serbian - Latin" is missing (Serbian Cyrillic is there and Serbo-Croatian is there but there is no keyboard associated)

What is the expected behavior?
There should be an entry for "Serbian - Latin" like on every other platform (MacOS, Windows, Linux). Serbian language officially supports both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets.

What went wrong?
It looks like this language and keyboard were never present in Chrome OS.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.82 Channel: stable
