Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Please visit https://jsbench.me/5wja34crpq/2 with Chromium on Desktop 2. Please visit https://jsbench.me/5wja34crpq/2 with Chromium on Android Phone 3. What is the expected behavior? The performance of TypedArray.copyWithin() should be much faster than Array.splice() on Chromium for Android, since it's PC implementation is faster by at least 4000x What went wrong? The performance of TypedArray.copyWithin() (10 ops/s) on an Array object is about relatively equal to that of Array.splice() (9 ops/s) for a similar sized Array object on Chromium for Android. TypedArrays show very little advantage on mobile browser. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
