Enter docked mode on samus with USB-C dock (close lid with external display, keyboard, and mouse connected).

USB (both mouse and keyboard) will frequently stop responding for a few seconds at a time.

I tried this with the Plugable ud-ultcdl. I've got a couple of other docks here as well I'm going to try with to see if it's dock specific.  Strange that this only happens with the lid closed though.
