A11y: screen reader behavior inconsistent with tables in Quickbooks Online

Issue description

Report from an end user regarding trouble working with tables in Chrome:

"Unfortunately, I can’t give you my worst one, unless you have a Quickbooks Online account.  Can you get into QBO?... I can confirm that Quickbooks and all other tables I have tried is now fixed in Chrome Canary on my PC.
I will update the Chromebook later with pleasure and start using it in earnest for business stuff."

Assigning to David S for repro and closer look on JAWS/NVDA + Chrome on Windows and Chromevox on Chrome OS.

Resolving as Archived because setting up a new user account is needed to collect this data and we have other table data from other sources.  

Further, the user indicated that it is resolved on their end.
