[Autofill] When unmasking an expired card, the input fields are still visible.

Visual bug when using an expired card from Google Payments. 

The month/year fields are still visible when the "Confirming" progress overlay comes on top. 

Everything needs to paint to a layer.

[Payments] Make contents not visible while progress spinner is shown

Hide the main contents of the dialog while the progress spinner is being
shown.

Also, remove FadeOutView.
