Aw, Snap! After entering WebVR presentation on sonicumbrella.com

Project Member Reported by dbbrooks@chromium.org, Nov 16 2017

Issue description

Chrome: 64.0.3269.0
VrCore: 1.10.172754103
OS: android N

*Repros every time
*Doesn't repro on Chrome beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable webvr and gamepad extensions flags
(2) go to sonicumbrella.com and press enter VR
(3) Place device in headset

What is the expected result? Presentation starts and user can interact with content using controller

What happens instead? page crashes. A couple times I observed that Chrome VR was briefly displayed before a message prompting the user to remove the device from the headset appears. After removing the device from the headset, you see the Aw, Snap! page in Chrome.
