Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any link to open/save a file on local system (like the "Attach a file" button in this bug-report) 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Explorer (for Windows) is opening What went wrong? Exporer is opening for a secong before crashing together with chrome Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? There is no crash id corresponding to this behaviour. Chrome craches everytime when a explorer-window is opened through chrome. Also in inkognito-mode or when disabling all addons.

The crash window is from Windows saying, that "Chrome funtioniert nicht mehr", without possiblity to click "wait for chrome" or something else.

Tested in chrome # 62.0.3202.94 and Canary #64.0.3273.3 on win 10.0 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. Steps Followed: 1.Install chrome. 2.Navigate to crbug.com and attach/Download the screen shot/cast Observed that able to download and attached the snap shots without any crash. @ rattatuii: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. You missed nothing. Created a new profile with the same behaviour. Dont know how to support this. Cant use Chrome at the moment, so i will try to delete and install again.

Re-Tested the issue again on Mac OS and Windows 7 using the latest Canary 64.0.3278.0 and Stable 62.0.3202.94 and unable to reproduce the issue. rattatuii@ Can you please un-install and re-install Chrome, retry the issue and update the thread with observations? Thanks..

Installed newest Canary: 64.0.3279.1 (Offizieller Build) canary SyzyASan (32-Bit). Is working for me without the issue. Following Extensions where automatically enabled: Google Docs Offline Docs Präsentationen Tabellen
