I am using chrome on PC. If i open a website which is not in English, I always got a option to translate the page to English. When i click on translate at first it says"The page cannot be translated". When i click try again it translates the page. I Have tested this many times and all the times i got same result. You can check that if you don't believe me and i want reward or bounty for reporting this bug to you.

Hi,

We appreciate for reporting.

Few things are unclear. Reporting a bug must be in complete details. Version number is important, possible screenshots issues is needed, and affected language must be included. It is obviously,we need more context please. 

Also, just an FYI, we dont provide any reward at all.
