Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. OPEN SOME TABS 2. CLOSE CHROME 3. OPEN CHROME AND TABS STILL THERE WITH NEW CHROME PAGE What is the expected behavior? I CLOSE CHROME AND OPEN IT AND ONLY THE START UP PAGE IS THERENO What went wrong?
