Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. OPEN SOME TABS
2. CLOSE CHROME
3. OPEN CHROME AND TABS STILL THERE WITH NEW CHROME PAGE

What is the expected behavior?
I CLOSE CHROME AND OPEN IT AND ONLY THE START UP PAGE IS THERENO

What went wrong?
NO IDEA ONLY STARTED THIS MORNING
