Option to disable automatic collection of data by autofill

Reported by knuxz.m...@gmail.com, Nov 16 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Work in data-entry
2. Do literally any part of your job
3. Have your autofill information fill up with useless junk making it impossible to find the stuff you saved there

What is the expected behavior?
Be able to use autofill without having it bloated with useless junk.

What went wrong?
Autofill will populate itself automatically without my wanting it to.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

I've had to disable autofill in order to not have a bunch of useless information pop up and have me inadvertently click on it while completing my work. Unfortunately, I have to enter my work address and other information a lot which is easy and quick to do when autofill is enabled IF I can find the correct entry.
