Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the Dev tools 2. Click on the Network tab 3. Trigger some HTTP requests, enought to show the scrollbar 3. Try to scroll to the bottom of the list. The scrollbar remains locked two lines above the bottom of the list What is the expected behavior? I should be able to scroll to the bottom of the requests list. What went wrong? This happens both with the console open or closed. When the console is open, two lines are hidden, when it is closed only half of a line. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

Thanks for the report, and helpful screenshots. I'm able to reproduce after zooming out at least one level. @Original poster, could you please check that scrolling is fine on standard zoom level? Might have to do Ctrl-0 to reset zoom. allada@, could you please take a look? Or perhaps chenwilliam@ if you'd like to investigate as well.

Hey, thanks for your quick response ! I was indeed able to scroll normally after resetting zoom. In fact I did not even know that there were different zoom levels in the Dev Tools, as there seems to be no indicator of any sort for it. Glad I could help to find this issue though, and thanks again for the tip !
