perf dashboard upload failures across chromium.perf waterfall

Most configurations are failing with upload failures

Here is a snippet of the stack trace.

Sending result 1 of 16 to dashboard.
Sending result 2 of 16 to dashboard.
ValueError: Extra data: line 1 column 5 - line 5 column 4 (char 4 - 114)
Error uploading to dashboard.

step returned non-zero exit code: 1

Revert has landed here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/774698

Going to go ahead and mark this fixed; bad uploads should clear out soon.
